The centrepiece of RAM's administration operation is a computerised management system which has been developed according to specific group risk requirements.

Separate bespoke quotation and administration systems have been developed in-house over the years for quotations and intermediary management to the satisfaction of its insurer clients.

The administration process has been refined over the years and is embedded in a detailed administration manual which can be customised for a new insurer.
